Competitive intelligence shouldn't feel like a chore.

You know the drill. A competitor launches a new product, and you find yourself fifteen tabs deep, scrambling to find out what they did. You scan their homepage, check their changelog, compare their pricing. You piece together a rough picture in a Google Doc that rarely gets updated, and by next month you're starting from scratch.

The alternative, ignoring competitors entirely, is worse. A prospect asks why you cost more than the others, and you find out on the call that your closest competitor dropped their price three weeks ago.

Most businesses end up at one extreme or the other. Either they ignore competition until something forces them to pay attention, or they develop an obsession that becomes a distraction.

Existing tools don't help much either. Doing manual research consistently is tedious, and easy to let slide. LLM summaries sound convincing, but their data can get stale fast. Enterprise CI platforms cost $20K+ a year and were built for 50-person sales orgs, not for small businesses.

We've been there too, and that's why we decided to build CoGrid: to make competitive intelligence accessible to small businesses. We hope you find it useful.
